Today was so awesome.. I went to church and after being very blessed by the speaker and eating an awesome lunch, I went with a group of 16 church members to go Canoeing! It was SO much fun! I’m so glad they invited me :). I didn’t take a camera on the canoe ride itself but did manage to get some pictures before hand ;). Enjoy!
First off we have a beautiful flower I found near the church! Spring is definitely near :)
I just had to take a picture of the sky and this little guy doesn’t even begin to do it justice.. The sky was just amazing today.. It was SOO beautiful! It was so awesome to be out in nature and just enjoying things!
After 30 minutes or so we arrived at the river and spent another 30 getting things set up and ready to go :). Bob, one of the leaders, gave us all life jackets and some basic lessons in padeling ;). It can’t be hard.. right?
The river! Straight ahead is where we launched the canoes from and began our 10 mile trip! It was soo absolutely incredible.. Sometimes Thomas (my canoe partner) and I would just pull up our padels and float.. just listening to nature and soaking it all in.. It was so incredibly beautiful!
